      The people who work here are always polite and patient. If they don't know something, they will try to find the answer for you. I've been a member for years and have no intention of switching my accounts. Convenient for pittsford folks and there is a drive through!!!

      Online says open till 6:30 everyday except Saturday and Sunday. They are not, hopefully they change that so people don’t think they are open till then and put in the branch hours

      With almost 200k in the ESL bank and this teller Emily is as rude as they comes. I think I might remove all my money out of this bank
