  I went to this branch Friday afternoon and I was told that there was an hour wait to see the notary. The bank representative asked if I was an account holder I confirmed it with my debit card and informed her that I was needing my domestic partnerships paperwork notarized. Ludy, the bank rep's entire attitude changed from trying to give us bad service to telling us that I can't get my paperwork notarized at all. She refused to put us on the list to be seen saying that we both had to be account holders which is total BS because I have had things notarized before with a non-account holder. My honest opinion is that Ludy has a problem with the LBGTQ Community. My partner and I went to another branch and received the service with no issues. My issue for the day was Ludy at this Bank of America branch.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would . I move from Baltimore to Houston in July and I’ve been going to this bank since . Long or short lines there are barley any tellers behind the desk yet ,sitting in the lobby talking people who could be helping the tellers ,sitting in the office as well.This place needs better personal management or hire more tellers .

  One of the worst even though lately most bank of america branches are so bad with customer service..long lines and only 1 person attending counters.

  The worst location I’ve ever been 1 teller for 10+ people in line 30+ minutes wait help helped As a business owner will never come to this location ever again

  This Bank of America is an embarrassment. This is the third time I encountered a REDICULOUS wait time of 37 minutes just to deposit a check. This time, a Wednesday afternoon at 2:20 pm I arrived a d now at 3:00 pm I am still in line. There are 13 people behind me and only two tellers. AVOID THIS BANK! After complaining to someone, "I'm sorry, I know what you mean" was all I got. ...this is why I bank with Wells Fargo!

  This place is horrible, no matter what time I come into this place the line is ridiculously long. DON'T EVER TRY TO COME FOR A LUNCH BREAK. Always fill with Mexicans. It will take at least a hour to get served. They need more bankers every time I visit it's only 3 workers at the front window. It's like this place is not trying to fix the customer services here it's a shame.

  Don't even bother in making a appointment for notary at this bank they always have their system down or atleast that is what they say and whenever you make the appointment they always have it as available. Making you drive and waste time by going. 2nd time they say the say excuse.

  Been here for 2 hrs on line. It's the day before the 4th and it's lunch time. There is only 1 teller at the window and the line inside is out the door. This is unacceptable during this time of the month and time of day to have only 1 teller on here. By far the worst experience I have EVER had at any bank period.

  I have not been to this financial center so I directly stepped into the long line after I went in the center. When I finally got to the counter I was told that I was waiting in the wrong line. I have never waited so long at a bank before so it was very frustrating. They should let the person who sign up people for personal bankers stand closer to the door so everyone can see this person right after they step into the center. Or put some sign to let customers know that which line they should get in. The staff are all professional and friendly but unfortunately this can only worth two stars.

  huge bank, 20 teller lines, never more than 3 tellers working while 10 staff walk around doing nothing. Worst bank I have ever dealt with and am pulling our company account ASAP! I would blame it on management but I don't think there is any.
