  Wow! So glad I got connected with Erin. I was about to get ripped off and talk to Erin about a refinance and realized I wasn't getting such a good deal with another company. She was with me all the way through the process, made herself available at just about any time of the day to answer questions. I highly recommend Erin is a loan officer. She kept me informed, move the process along as quickly as possible to the end. I am thankful.

  Erin was very helpful to us from the beginning. We had a difficult selling situation, but she helped us and offered encouragement even though she was working with us on buying our new home.   In all my dealings with banks in the last eight months, Atlantic Union Bank and their Mortgage Loan Officer, Erin Pescetto, was one of the more enduring, endearing, and 'on-the-ball' reps, including working late on weekends, making phone calls, and texting me for additional documents and walking me through the process and documents needed. She even told us to 'wait one more day' when we first called, because she knew the rates would be lowering the following week. We qualified for a 'sweet' deal on a reduced rate (original rate at about 3.25%) of only 2.75% for our V.A. Mortgage! Low monthly mortgage payments ended up being lower than it would cost to rent in our new location! We were worried it would take 45-60 days to close on a VA loan - she actually got us to the closing table in 41 days including coordinating the offer with our buyer's agent, the legal team for the real estate closing, as well as providing options for sellers repairs (escrow account), and more. I can not believe how smoothly this transaction went through - no burps, glitches, or issues! I would highly recommend her for any mortgage assistance! Thank you so much Erin!! Dawn D.
