  Being a first time home buyer, Nick and his team made it extremely easy and helped me out a lot, along the way. I went unrepresented (no real estate agent) and Nick treated me as a person and didn't take advantage of that. I received an FHA loan, which was extremely difficult for me but Nick and his team made it as easy as possible for me and walked me through it from beginning to closing. I highly recommend anyone use Nick and his team! There aren't enough stars to compare the level of professionalism and personalized service I received!

  My second home with Nick and his team. I was going with a different bank as I was all the way in Cali and 3 week before closing I contacted Nick and he told me he could have given me a better interest rate. I was happy to hear that but with that little time ahead to my closing date I was worries. So I then asked Nick if it would be possible to make my closing date if I switch to his company? He told me he would do his best to and if not I wouldn't be more than a few days later. Gust what? Nick saved my over $50 a month on my monthly payment plus I closed 3 days ealier than my original closing date! This company is awesome and I am happy I used them, I will not use any other banks but Towne Mortgage for my mortgage loans! Thanks again Nick and your team!
