  I've been happy with how I'm treated by this bank. I'm currently trying to close on my first house and their employee, Lisa Jaroski, has been extremely helpful. She has gotten me everything that I need and doesn't make me wait. I would give her more than 5 stars for her customer service if I could.

  Never had any issues. Very friendly & helpful employees. I'm usually in & out...lobby seems much faster than the drive thru. Overall a great place to do ones banking.

  Worst bank in the history of banks. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. YOU WILL GET SCREWED ANYWAY THEY CAN!

  Love this bank. They offer great rates on loans, credit cards, mortgages, etc. They also have really friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were able to schedule an appointment to talk with someone about our financial needs. She reviewed everything and gave us some great solutions and talked us through some other suggestions.

  Worst bank in town, anything you try to purchase online will be denied, also cant spend over 1200$ in one day. When you go there in person takes 30-45 min to make a deposit, they respond it is a Friday. Apparently they find that an acceptable amount of time to wait to simply deposit your check.

  I really like this credit union. The customer service has always been great for me. I wouldve gave them 5 stars but, the after hours telephone line is. . . . honestly sub-par. Other than that, Ive never had any complaint about them. Ive always been treated with respect and care. I highly recommend them.

  I love to support local and every time I’ve been in person they’ve been super nice but almost every time I’ve called the toll free number, the CSR has been extremely rude and just hostile it seems. They need to adjust their tone and treat people with more kindness in my opinion.

  Id give them negative starts if i could. I deposited a check into my checking account and it never made it there. I told them the branch, date and time i was there. Was told to keep my transaction receipts. Over a week later they found my money, in someone elses account and was it was my fault because my 7 looked like a 1 on the deposit slip.

  Ms. Melissa Mizikowski (Branch Manager) did a phenomenal job resolving my issue. She was very respectful and understanding. I definitely recommend her and this specific branch to anyone.

  Terrible call center. I have to call during my 15 minute break at work and they NEVER answer the phone. I can't pay my car payment online so I have to wait for a half hour til someone answers. Furious! Get with the times and let me pay online!
