  My wife and I were ready to buy a home but knew nothing about the process. My friend referred us to Eric and he and his staff were amazing! He is super knowledgeable and helpful, he had tons of patience answering all of our many questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything happening each step of the way! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house!!!

  I cannot speak highly enough of Eric Schaffer as a businessman or as a person. He walked us through buying our first home in a tremendously tumultuous time in our lives and there was nobody else I'd rather have worked with. Eric was always available, always happy to help, always efficient and always accurate and extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the process. Every single time we asked him to prepare documents for a property-and there were many- every time we asked him to prepare multiple scenarios for each property, he did it quickly and with a smile, succinctly explaining what was going on.   Eric Schaffer is a remarkable human being: extremely knowledgeable on the subject of credit loans/mortgages, trustworthy, a creative and diligent problem solver and an excellent relationship builder. Eric held the hands of my husband and I as we purchased our first home--walking us through every step of the way, including anticipating challenges and then proactively working with everyone involved to find timely solutions.   Eric is the most amazing person to work with. From the beginning of the process he has explained every facet every step of the way and made the first time buying a home such a pleasure! He goes above and BEYOND. I also consider him a dear friend and trust no one more. Eric is always checking in and has monitored the market notifying me of every opportunity to get a lower interest rate. I gave him 5 stars but he really deserves 10!!!! Thank you Eric!!!!

  Eric Schaffer is a professional with a personal touch. I enjoyed working with him. When my husband and I found the right home for us, our real estate agent introduced us to five brokers. Eric was one of them. I reached out to all five, including another broker I knew from my previous home purchase. Going with Eric was a no-brainer. He was the best, bar-none. He was diligent and thorough; professional, yet personal. He was positive and optimistic. Most importantly, he was knowledgeable and patient. He worked me through every step of the loan application process and was an incredible resource on items that were confusing or new to me. Even when the process moved to other members of the team, Eric continued to make himself available to me to answer questions and keep me up to date on how the process was coming along.   Great experience! Eric took the time to walk me through every aspect of my refinance to make sure I fully understood the process. He made sure that I was comfortable with the decisions I was making and showed me all the options and variations of my refinance.   We worked with Eric on our refi, and I can't even describe how helpful he was.   We've been burned in refinances before by brokers that underestimate insurance and escrow costs. Not with Eric! Eric helped us walk through many different purchasing scenarios and eventually we settled on refinancing our house. He then walked us through many scenarios with that before finding us the best option at a super low rate with almost no cost. He a great guy and really makes us feel like he is just looking out for our interests.
