  Working with Pat Gannon at Guaranteed Rate to help secure a mortgage for my new home was a very satisfying experience. This was not my first time financing a home. This was by far the best experience that I have had. Pat and his team went above and beyond to support me in the buying process. Pat and his team are top notch professionals. In this day and age, and in this industry in particular it is unique to find people that actually listen to you and respect what you have to say. I would definitely be willing to use Pat and Guaranteed Rate again and I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for financing.

  When I initially began my home purchase process, I was very nervous- until I spoke with Pat Gannon at Guaranteed Rate. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. Each time I found a home I was interested in, I'd simply send Pat the address then within minutes he would send me a loan estimate. I quickly gained an understanding of what was financially realistic for me. I felt heard, understood, and supported throughout the entire home buying process.
