He is the only loan officer over the last 15 years of owning a home in the North County of San Diego that never gave up on us. In the past if the appraisal didn't quite fit the needed parameters, we were told that there was nothing to do. This did not happen with Eric! He explained to us all of our refinancing options and we trusted his advice wholeheartedly.
