  Our Loan Officer Tim was the best! Timely and diligent and always made sure that we understood anything we had questions about. He kept us informed and up-to-date on the entire process and let us know if we hit any bumps or snags.   The best thing about Tim was that he was always available via text and phone call even outside of working hours. This allowed us to speed up the process which was critically important in making a competitive offer. In addition he was willing to give me advice on different home buying avenues and financial situations such as investment property situations. I have already recommended him to my friends.

  Had previously tried other lender but the process was slow and there was a lack of communication and updates. Decided to go with Mark and his team once again and it proved to be the best choice we could have made. The entire process was very fast and smooth with regular updates. Great costumer service!   Cannot say enough good things about Finance of America, but more specifically Mark Martinez and his assistant Gloria Paine. They mean business and I respect them so much. They have helped me with two transactions now: my initial purchase through a first time buyer CalFHA program/loans, and now a refinance. Mark and his team are quick, knowledgeable, professional, and amazing. I am never the type to write reviews, but I value Mark, Gloria, and FOA. 10/10 would recommend to anyone without hesitation. Mark will be the first person I contact whenever I am in the market again.
