  If I can give a rating it would be no stars Worst financing company ever Car totaled I was never late they played a trick on me because of the pandemic I was told that it will be perfectly fine for me to miss two payments Car got totaled now they want those two payments because they failed to include those two payments when my insurance company paid off the car Because of those two payments Gap only paid $430 instead of $1,218 so I was left with the $700 plus Bill to give them I will give them the stinking money and never again will I use them as a matter of fact I don't need to worry because Mazda of Huntington Beach has already financed my new car.   I wish I could rate zero stars. Horrible customer service, it sounds like when they hire someone they pick the most un empathetic rude people out of the bunch. Everything is a "no we can't do that" there's never a time I called and got good customer service. After calling in to explain a late payment to them about a family member dying i was told that the death did not matter and basically told to screw off. Never get any loan from them ever. STAY AWAY unless you like getting bullied and walked on by this company if you can even call this a company it's more like a bunch loan sharks.

  they had my payment from moneygram in limbo since august. They repod my car this morning based off that. They claim they have operating hours on Saturday but it is an answering service. This company has been bought out by a corporation out of the netherlands, they are operating in walnut creek without a business license. The corporation has been bought out 3 times since 2015. No notifications. When i reached out to moneygram they said the company had not picked up the payment. I am reaching out for any lawyers willling to talk to me as there is more fraudulent activity with this company. I have witnesses of their lies and proof of conducting business illegally. I have all address of the locations they claim as well as screenshots of non existent business rate types. This com[any needs to be brought to justice

  Just terrible! There is no real phone customer support (it's automated ONLY), high interest. When you want to pay it off, the website gives you one amount which is supposed to be good until some date but a whole week before that date it gets higher for some magical reason. Do not recommend it! Bad choice.

  This company is a rip off. I've called 3 times and even sent an email and each time got different answers and my problem was never resolved. Always sent my payments in on time and sent extra money every month so that it could go towards the principal. Instead they skip your months so that you can pay more in interest. I even sent a separate check to there Las Vegas Nevada loacation like I was told stating principal only and still got charged for interest. We're in August and my next payment isn't due until December talk about a scam. Stay away from them. Transfer your loan to a credit union instead or just pay cash next time.

  This company is shady we keep sending our car payment and they keep reversing it what ever that means. They're customers sucks they give you the run around all we are trying to do is pay my car , and they keep making it to were the payment goes on late so they can charge up fees.. really going to look into refinancing.

  One start is way too much of a rating for this company. Horrible customer service and you can never get in contact with anyone when you need to. super high rates and poor but really poor customer service. I've been getting charged extra for months and cant fix it because they can't answer their phones , and when they do they put you on hold and hung up 20+ mins after. avoid this company

  I called a month ago to change the due date on my autoloan and to set up direct deposits. The service rep verified the date was changed to mid month deductions per my request. And you guessed it, i was charged 5 of the month. I called as to why was i charged, and that i called the month prior to requesting date changed, and the service rep said i was a liar and that im changing my story around. Overall im refinancing the auto loan with navyfed in a few months. this company is very sub-par in customer service and advise everyone to save their time, money and effort.

  This company is a RIP off they steal from there consumers they make up fees to keep money!!! They are truly a definition of taken from the poor to keep themselves rich! They have a customer service representative name DE De who is rude and talks over the customer. I guess the good thing is we paid them off and do not have to deal with the crooks anymore I will be starting a class action against them so they books can be reviewed!!

  Do not finance a car with these people. They don't intend to help with your situation and will repo your vehicle for 2 months late payment. I can go on and on. my original payment was 330 per month. Then they changed it to 393. They have bogus fees, and will confuse you on statements on how they apply your payments. JUST STAY AWAY!!!
