  Eric has made this whole process very easy and simple his whole team has! I worked with 1 other guy before this and it felt like I was hitting a wall and couldn’t get any further through the process. Not with Eric walked me through each step. I have and will be recommended Eric to anyone needing help finding a home. On top of the Eric is out going and funny makes jokes even when somethings not right he makes light of the situation and helps fix it. Thank you Eric!

  I used Eric for a cash out refi recently and it was by far the smoothest process I’ve had yet. Quick and prompt service and Eric is very knowledgeable in all thing related to montages/Real-estate. I could not recommend Eric enough to anyone looking purchase or refi a home!

  OMG Eric, or should I say THE ERIC. There is not enough words to describe on how he helps his customers. In my case, as a first time home buyer with no knowledge, he was there for everything, whatever ques I had, not only about mortgage but other details as well. He is very professional and loves his job in helping people to get the best. Shoot a ques to him and he will be ready to get things resolved even going beyond his area of expertise. His team is best or simply HE IS THE BEST..I would strongly advice to just one time check rates with him, and you will see the results yourself..best of luck

  We refinanced with Eric, he was very professional and on top of everything. He is very knowledgeable about the market and fluctuations, because of his knowledge we locked in at a very low rate. The closing was smooth and flawless with the title company. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

  My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and we were admittedly very naïve to the whole process. Eric not only handled business, but he educated us along the way. He went over all our options, and allowed us to get more home than we thought possible! Did I mention we were buying a house remotely, from California, with a three-hour time difference, sight unseen? No matter the time of day (or night), Eric answered the phone and talked us through whatever the issue or question was. He worked closely with our real estate agent, and the communication was amazing. I rarely write reviews, but Eric is worth talking about.
