  Should of read more reviews! I'm only giving one star since I have to give some form of rating. They played with numbers to get me a loan and sent me off the lot with a lemon. A lemon that they inspected! Richard was not knowledgeable about finance policies, he offended me with a comment that he made while viewing vehicles, and he kept giving me the run-around about when I could pick up the vehicle I had purchased. I purchased an Acura MDX that was around $9,000 and only a few months later there is close to $7000 worth of work needing to be done on it. I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle and it was deemed by another mechanic unsafe to be driven on the road. Too many issues to list but it pretty much needed an entire new front end! The vehicle is currently stuck in park, the key comes out of the ignition with great difficulty and will not start at all. It's parked at my house, where it's been, since the flatbed delivered it there. The finance company, United Auto Vredot, offered me assistance when I spoke with them about the issue but their assistance was for me to take the credit hit and surrender the vehicle. I've seen others give reviews dealing with this dealership and UAC, I wonder if they are working together to screw people over because I definitely got screwed over!

  I just purchased a car and I love it.. They basically did everything for me including finding me lower costing insurance, getting me a great rate and being extremely helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend seeing Richard. The car I purchased is in pretty great condition minus some dog hair remaing but it's an easy fix and I'll update later if something else comes up.

  We went to this place as a first time buyer, we were told that we perfectly qualified for the “first time buyers program” the told us to go to a credit union near us that they “always go through” we drove an hour to the bank after they said “go pick up the check” so we get to the bank talk to someone and they said “we have never heard of this place and you would need to live near us to be approved.” So we talked to one of the guys about going through another bank after we were excited about getting this truck we were promised we could get, then they told us come up next Friday to pick up the the truck we call Friday morning to make sure the truck is all set after they said we were approved and they said we would need to choose another truck because we were told they couldn’t approve us for this one (again after we were already told we were approved and could pick it up) so we take another two hour trip to go choose another truck we get there and find a truck and they say we will find a bank that can approve you for this truck so we send all of our information and they say once again you can be approved for this we are fixing it and you can pick it up this coming weekend we call again to make sure this other truck is ready and he says oh it probably won’t be ready Friday so later in the week we check to see if it was gonna be ready this weekend and they decided to tell us we were not approved for the loan!!!!! This place is honestly such a joke they tell you one thing and throw you around get young kids excited and then tear them down and make them upset they can’t get the truck they were promised! So today we went to a dealer ship closer to us and got approved and drove a 2012 truck off the lot within an hour! 10/10 would NEVER recommend this place!!!!!!!

  These people are the BEST !! They took all of the pain out of shopping for a new vehicle. Jordan and Randy were particularly helpful. The first time I stopped there, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I gave them a very detailed description of what I need to find, not sure if they would be able to find it for me or not. Randy called me back 2 days later & told me that they found a vehicle for me. When I arrived, the truck was pulled up out front, clean and ready to go !! It matched every single detail that had given them !! I was amazed that they were able to find exactly what I wanted so quickly !! I would recommend this dealer to everyone that appreciates good customer service !! THANK YOU AGAIN RANDY & JORDAN !! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST !!

  Needing a 3rd vehicle for my family, having bad credit, i made the long drive to Jordan and his wonderful staff including Christian the finance manager who treated me very well, despite the fact in the end i did not buy a vehicle from these folks. Christian the finance manager was awesome and he got me financed for the vehicle i wanted,and i could not buy it because of unforseen family expenses , but even though i didn't buy it they returned my deposit with no hassle at all! If the opportunity & need arose in the future i would not hesitate to go see these wonderful folks again because they went above and beyond for me, including suprising me by not only fully servicing the vehicle but fixing the rotten rocker panels on the Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 that i was going to buy from them in addition to the full mechanical servicing. If you need a vehicle, i highly recommend you go see these wonderful folks at Jts Auto & Truck in Plaistow,NH

  I will say this once ,make sure you have a "good" mechanic go over the vehicle very carefully. My situation I paid way too much for a truck that had underlining problems that were hidden by them. Cost me alot of money to get these issues fixed and some are still not. Never again will I get anything from JTS.3 years later I have so much NEGITIVE equity in this truck I'm pissed. Shame on me for not looking better mechanically. But I thought they were being honest.

  So I didn’t purchase here, but that’s because I’ve never heard of such shady business. Was approved on a car, but these snakes wanted me to sign paperwork give $1000 leave without the car and then in a period of time that they see fit come back with another $1000 and make the deal. Hmmm🤔🤔 that’s almost how a transaction works. All this after they doubled the amount down and raise the payment over $100. I’m glad I walked away, from the other reviews here I’d say I saved myself time and money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, these people are only looking to take advantage of others. Wished there was a zero star rating
