  From the very beginning Eric and his team were 100% committed to making our dream of owning a home a reality. During every step of the way this team were there to answer any questions we had with patience and understanding. This team took the time to make this a pleasant and comfortable experience for us. Maria was so knowledgeable and took the time explaining the process to us while we signed docs. Overall excellent service.   Eric's team was well put together, prompt to respond and professional. Eric met with me immediately when I requested to get pre approved. Eric walked me through the loan details, answered all my questions and provided recommendations based on my concerns. His team (Cindy, Yvette and Maria) were very clear and timely when asking for documents. The information provided by one team member never conflicted with another team member. On top of them being so prompt, they were friendly the whole time. They provided regular updates as my loan documents were processed, I never once felt like I was left in the dark. From start to finish it was clear that my loan was being handled by an experienced, well managed group and it made all the difference. I was able to close escrow in 18 days because of how well Eric's team performed.

  I had a great experience with GEM Mortgage. As a first-time home buyer & a single female, I was afraid of being scammed or taken advantage of which was complete opposite of what my experience was. Eric listened to my loan goals and helped me get the best deal. Yvette & Cindy were amazing at communicating via email or phone call and always kept me up to date with the process. The company used different ways to work with me during the these troubling times and I only had to go into the office twice which was clean & limited to those who have made an appointment. My escrow closed right on time. Thanks GEMS!

  I found Eric through a state website for first time home buyers and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Eric and his staff were able to navigate through the multiple obstacles I encountered with ease and in a timely manner to be able to close escrow ahead of schedule. I will certainly be returning to Eric and his team in the near future.
