mosi blane5Got a call from Fraud prevention literally 30 seconds after completing a purchase through an app. I ordered food, but the app authorized a purchase in Miami, Fl. I returned their call and spoke with them that yes, I had ordered through an app and everything was ok. I love that they were immediate to check with me if the purchase was fraudulent. Thank you for being so quick to keep my accounts safe!!!

Keela1Beware of opening an account here with Linda. She is 100% rude and talks over you. There was an issue with my account and I called to clear it up, but all Linda wanted to do was be short and rude as if I was wasting her time. Why come to work everyday if you're going to have a stank attitude? There are thousands of great people who would love to have your job and actually willing to help customers. She does shady business and didn't leave notes on my account making it even more difficult to resolve my problem. Linda should not be working in a client facing business as her customer service skills are horrible!

Vianey Velasquez1This is the WORST branch I have ever came across. Their customer service is far from excellent. I understand accidents happen but when I specifically inform you and make it clear as to what I need done I expected to be done correctly. As a bank I would hope you would be more careful since one error may affect us in many ways. Not to mention when you go in and try to resolve the issue that THEY caused I get the most unprofessional attitude along with an eye roll. Alejandra if you don't feel like dealing with "other peoples mistake" then maybe have someone else step in and help me. At the end of the day wasted time and energy. I would NEVER return to this branch.

Jenny S3Credit Unions are wonderful but, they've almost always have extra long lines & it moves way to slow. They don't always have enough tellers or they take way to long to get easy transactions completed.
