  Excellent service. Would definitely recommend. I tried multiple times at other places to refinance my home and no one was able to help out. There was always “excuses” for why I was not able to do it. Silvana did in 3 months what others were not able to do in over 1 year.   I cannot express how blessed our family is to have Silvana be part of helping our family get our first home. It was over 3 years in search of a home and always bad news untill we met her.. She is an outstanding and dedicated person. Her work ethic is wonderful. She takes the time to listen and actually care for the well being of others. She takes her time to answer every question, concern and confusion one might have. The process of purchasing my first home wouldn't of been great without her. She is kind, optimistic and overall a supporting individual. Purchasing a home is not easy, however Silvana made us feel comfortable and overall trust her in the process and decision making, always looking out for us. She cares for the happiness of others and doesn't give up to make sure she helps in finding your dream home. She has brought us joy to our family and a safe place for us to live in. ❤
