  Eric is an incredibly knowledgeable Loan Officer! As a fellow mortgage professional, Eric has been a superb ally. He's been extremely helpful with the clients I've referred to him, making sure to prioritize them and providing them with the most up-to-date information so they can make the best decision possible in choosing the right loan option. I've placed a lot of trust in Eric and he always exceeds my expectations. I can fully endorse his confidence and ability to handle any pressures in sight. He will always take the time to understand his clients' specific needs and will guide them in the best direction possible, keeping in mind the current state/direction of the market.   Eric was great. I had no idea what it took to get pre approved and what the buying process would be like. Eric took the time to walk me through all the steps and answered all my questions. My partner recommended that I contact Eric because Eric helped him with his loan so I knew I was in good hands. Eric works quick and efficiently and is dedicated to his clients. I would recommend Eric as he is the best of the best. This was my first time buying a condo and Eric calmed my nervous. He went above and beyond and was there by my side every step of the way. He made this the best experience possible and I don’t think I could have done it without his guidance and expertise.

  I am so happy that I met Eric back in 2020. I decided to refinance in 2021 and I will be honest, this was a big deal to me because it was my first time ever refinancing alone. Eric kept me informed every step of the way. If I had a question he was available immediately. Eric walked me through the entire process. If you want an honest person that is working for you and your best interest, look no further. I highly recommend Eric and his team. I have referred my adult children to Eric and will continue to refer all family and friends. Thanks again Eric for all that did for me, I truly am thankful!!

  Eric was always professional and extremely helpful during this process. We found him to be trustworthy and also always transparent in all his dealings with us. He made himself readily available and answered all our (many!) questions patiently. Eric maintained a pleasant and cooperative manner during this process which made it relatively stress free.   This is the 3rd transaction I have done through Eric. He is easily the most responsive person I have ever dealt with! Being a busy mom of two with a full time job, I am always on the go. When I need a question answered, Eric literally responds within minutes. He sends videos to explain things I may have questions on, always available to answer my thousand questions :-) and I feel completely taken care of when working with him. The trust I have in him in endless...so many items to cover and I feel like I am in such good hands. He is always happy and bends over backward to help. His team is amazing and responsive and really takes care of everything. He is patient and kind and I know has my best interest at heart. Seriously, can't say enough great things about working with Eric!!

  Eric has helped us through 4 (2 home purchases and 2 re-fi's) transactions. He is trustworthy, always available to answer questions and clear about what to expect. Even though other places might seem more attractive in what they offer, we still cannot replace the trust we have with Eric. We know he will do what is right and the best he can. He's quickly become part of the family and continues to be a friend...not just our broker. :) You won't have any regrets working with Eric and his team.

  I was introduced to Eric when I bought my condo 3 years ago. Of course I was quite nervous going through the process, but Eric’s detailed explanations of what to expect put me at ease. He constantly updated me as to where I was in the process and immediately responded when I had questions. Everything went smoothly and I closed as expected. This year I contacted him to inquire about a refinance. Again, he did not disappoint! He quickly started working on it and I closed again without a hitch. I love his videos!! It makes the process much more personal. Buy or refi, Eric’s your guy!

  Eric has been an amazing loan officer and great at his job. Eric is honest, awesome communicator, and very detail oriented. Eric will break down the loan process during each step and use various forms of communication to break down the loan. My wife and I have been very happy and satisfied with our loans; we were so happy with his initial service we used Eric to re-finance our fist loan with him. I high recommend Eric Atilano as a loan officer.
