  Interacting with this company to look at or apply for rentals is a joke at best. Very disrespectful and uneducated about how anyone who doesn’t work hourly has a job. Small minded, poor communication- takes us Zillow listings but doesn’t follow leads or contacts- LAZY-- definitely would not allow them to represent my home.

  They denied me and my significant other of 7 years only because we weren't married. Passed background and everything. Not married so we don't qualify. That is descrimination at it's finest. I had already heard bad things about this company when it comes to rentals but really liked the house they had listed and figured we would try. Don't waste your time and application fee.

  Amazing that they insist you and whoever is living with you must both apply but that your income only combines if you're married. That's downright tomfoolery. 😂😂 I guess someone else will get our money. 🤷🏼‍♂️

  Cathryn Hatcher was our realtor and she was amazing! She went above and beyond for my husband and I in the process of buying our home. She had our back and was our eyes for us since we bought sight unseen practically. Would highly recommend her if you're looking for a realtor!

  Bottom Line: Dice Wyllie is a commendable buyer's rep. When we moved here, we did not have the intention of buying a home until we saw the rental market. Naturally as first time home buyers, we were somewhat hesitant of the process. Dice applied his 15+ years of professional experience, and his natural ability to work with people to make the process easy, and most importantly less stressful. One of the most important things to me during this process is the communication flow. Dice was prompt with responses to questions by any communication method (In person, phone, text, or email). His ability to network with organizations in the Panama City Area makes the process go smoothly.
