  There policies and fees are ridiculous. They want people to pay a fee, same as Walmart. I presented a legal check with the correct ID and they did not want to honor it! Is it legal for them not to honor a good check? Maybe they are insolvent?

  Best customer service in town! They will do whatever they can to work with you and solve any issues immediately. Competitive loan rates as well. I had an auto loan with them and the rate was great. However, they have a ridiculous $30 overdraft fee for every transaction for the day whether it’s cleared or not. Sometimes I swipe the wrong debit card from their account instead of my military bank and if it goes 1 cent in the negative, you now owe $30.01 and plus $30 for every charge that clears the same day. Even if it was swiped a day or two before.

  Don't do it if you rely on on line banking - They have recently changed their online banking system and regressed 10 years in doing so - small things such as obtaining a report of transactions between two dates can no longer be done - transactions can not be exported to Quicken or Quickbooks - recently I found that payments that I had scheduled to automatically pay each month had not been sent for two months and when attempting to verify found that the bill pay system was down, this lasted for 2-3 days. I was told by tech support that it was my fault for not checking to see that things had transferred correctly..... I loved Innovations until this - not sure if they did it to save money or not but they made a horrible mistake and i am sure that I am not the only customer that has suffered......

  Innovations is NOT OPEN on SATURDAYS!!!!! I have had the worst experience with this credit union. I talked to 4 different people with a problem I had on the weekend and all four of them gave me different answers on how things operate including a night superviser who couldn't figure out why my debit card wouldn't work. I was out of town and couldn't even use it to get gas to return home. Come Monday I found out that my card was flagged for fraud and was told it was my responsibility to call them and tell them I was headed out of town......none of the four people I talked to or the supervisor thought about putting a note in my account that I was leaving town. This is not the first time this credit union has let me down but this event was the last straw. I think a bank would be better to do business with then this credit union.

  EXTREMELY unprofessional. I should not have to call you 6 times and wait a week for a problem to get fixed. Trish and Alexandria have no idea how to do their jobs. Notes were supposed to be made yet I had to explain everything multiple times. Trish then proceeded to cut me off, interrupt me and raise her voice. This is the worst way I’ve ever been treated. So much for customer service. If I could give no stars I would. Closing my account and going elsewhere.

  If u go in the bank u get perfect service but every time I call I get hung up on and no one ever answers after that they need work on the phone service for sure but they r all around a good bank

  I would not recommend this fcu full of excuses rather than making solutions. I requested to speak with a manager and changed over from person to person. I dont like to be rude but I will be if I have to be. A loud customer doesnt get there way but sometimes it's the only way people will listen. I have called in the past week over four times no one looked up my information only hung up on me sent me to voicemails to who knows and yet I was told I hadn't called. When messing with peoples money/credit there has to be a trust and innovations lost that on day one.

  I've never had a problem with them as far as service. When my card was frauded they promptly fixed it and issued me a new card. 10/10

  I live in South Dakota and do online and remote banking with Innovations. They provide excellent customer service and their web services are easy to navigate. They continue to earn my business with great service.

  8 phone calls to get an Operator. Very abrupt and disinterested in being professional. Will find another bank to do business with.
