  Debbi & Jack Suddarth at Equity Wave Lending save the day for a client of mine who had a loan that was taking too long at a bank. In 5 days they funded the loan...and save the borrower the business opportunity and his EMD. My client called me and thank me for me recommending Debbi and Jack. They always come through and I’ve seen some challenging scenarios in regards to transactions and time frames.   Worked with Jeff Raines on a DCSR loan. Although he found me an amazing rate and was on top of thing, I ended up not needing it after all due to multiple potential properties being sold to others. Will definitely recommend to other investors.

  Lori at Equity Wave is the best. She put together a loan quicker than any lender I've ever used. There were zero surprises or last minute demands from underwriters. And, the cost and rate was far below others in this business. As a real estate professional myself, I find it refreshing to see this level of competence and professionalism. In short, I gave Lori the information she requested and she made it happen by closing the deal in three weeks. She will have my business going forward... for sure.

  The receptionist is pompous and does not know law. I called to asked a lawful question that can be easily searched on google and was unprofessionally laughed off the phone and asked if I smoke spice because it was something the representative has not heard of. Not professional at all. I haven’t received a loan from them but the receptionist alone was enough evidence of work ethic. He non-chalantly told me that he knew all about the federal code that I mentioned but could not cite or quote any factual information from the code itself meanwhile giving me an explanation based on personal opinion. I see why there are only three positive reviews for this business.
