  I am more than happy to give this survey. This was an effortless experience because from beginning to end it was perfect. I had an FHA streamline loan with AmeriHome. Kimberly Griffith and Antony White were both awesome. They kept me informed consistently with every step. Always kept me in the loop of things, explaining everything including time factors so I didn't have to wonder about that. Whatever they told me occurred just as they said. This was such an easy process. I initially was worried it would be so long and confusing but it was so easy with Amerihome and the excellent customer service it didnt hurt one bit.!! I would do it again. I highly recommend Amerihome, they were awesome. High 5, great teamwork!!

  Our loan officer, MacKenzie Forster, set the bar high for all other loan officers around. She was very responsive to our many emails and phone calls to her, exceptionally patient, personable, and thorough. She delivered on everything she promised, from returning our calls when she said she would, to getting us the best rate available. The entire refinance process was much less 'painful' because of her. We had a very good experience with AmeriHome Mortgage and I highly recommend MacKenzie as a loan officer.

  My husband and I just did a Streamline Refi on our home using AmeriHome. Our Loan Officer, Jason Kertz made the process so easy and handled all the details with such professionalism, and a fun attitude on the phone every call we had. He made this process so easy and no hassles at all. His assistant Ashby Eggers is also great along with our Loan Processor, Connor McCombs was great in communicating any questions we had. Closing was a breeze and we would recommend using this company for your mortgage or refinance needs.

  Unfortunately, my mortgage was sold to AmeriHome two years ago. Recently went through refinancing, and it was terrible. To this day, my questions have not been answered...but I would receive numerous calls and emails when they needed something from me. Although they did finally get me a better rate, the only bright side to this company is their new website for online payments. Don't. Recommend.

  I have never been more motivated to write a review. I have gone through the financing of a mortgage several times in my life and have never found the experience enjoyable; however, although I can't call this an exception, it comes pretty close. The team of Malissa Ochoa, Elsie Barajas, and Lisette Kennedy were simply exceptional. They went above and beyond in their service, even to the point of staying late on a Friday to make sure that they communicated that my loan funded (Malissa). My primary contact was with Malissa and she kept me in the loop the entire time, making sure that I was navigating through the signing process. I recommend this team if you are ever in the market to get a mortgage. This refinancing was accomplished at a time when, because of the COVID 19 issues, the staff was extremely busy. My thanks to this team for being an example of how customer service is to be provided.

  I had the best experience with the streamline refinance Amerihome was offering, the customer service I received from Malissa Ochoa was beyond my expectations, she answered my every question and explained everything to me in such detail that went beyond the call of duty. The team (Malissa O, Elsie Barajas and Kannchana Thay) that helped me through this process was amazing, very informative and extremely well versed around the ins and outs of the mortage refi. I was able to go from a 3.65% interest rate down to 30 year 2.6% fixed rate!!! Not only am I saving about $220 a month in monthly mortage I was basically paid by Amerihome to do so. After the loan funded I was informed that my next mortage payment was in April of 2021 and I am writing this in Feb 2021 (Meaning no Mortage payments for TWO months) due to closing first week in Feb, I was able to recoup all my closing cost and make an extra $800 in the process!!!! The process was smooth and easy thanks to the team at Amerihome. I would definitely recommend Amerihome to anyone looking for a great and honest mortage company!! Dont forget to ask for Malissa Ochoa, she is my new best mortage banker and I would be using her every time I make a mortage move.

  Do not use this mortgage company. They are thieves! My mortgage is now closed and they refuse to answer my requests as they have not returned my taxes worth of $6,500. The tax collector claim they have never received the funds from AmeriHome. AmeriHome is withholding my funds and do not want to help in any way. My current mortgage company Caliber is amazing as they try to help me get my money back. They say they have never seen such a situation or such terrible customer service from a company in other 20 years! The customer service from AmeriHome is absolutely TERRIBLE, they refuse to transfer me to a manager. They have asked for faxes, mails, calls but never respond to any of them. I have spent countless hours trying to get answers and will have to take legal action to get my funds back. I am beyond upset. NEVER USE them

  I can not say enough about how helpful Clifford Kao and Tricia Dodge were during our loan process. They made it really easy, we had a quick closing and they were very knowledgeable and friendly.
