  I came into it with doubts in the beginning but Simone was very hands on in every aspect any questions I had. She kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my credit if anybody needs their credit fixed I definitely recommend them, not only does she help fix she gives suggestions on how to improve.   Customer service was good, the actual service did not work out. Used the service for 10 mo and got very little results. Paid a decent amount in the monthly fee for the service as well as the monthly fee to keep the credit reporting service open and had only small changes. Referred a friend and he got the same result.
