  Vandyke mortgage was a fantastic lender to work with. Stephen Katz was prompt with all of his replies, and would respond to all of our questions about our loan and the process within a few hours, if not minutes. After comparing rates with several companies Stephen was able to help us secure a much lower rate than other companies, saving us hundreds of dollars a month on our mortgage every month. I would highly recommend Vandyke mortgage to anyone looking for a loan on new home. From their great customer service, to their prompt replies, and expert knowledge, to following through and making sure our loan was able to close on time, they were a great company to work with.

  This is second time I am working with Stephen Katz to refinance my home. Once you work with him, you never feel like, it is necessary to consider another person for your mortgage needs. Katz is honest and straight forward and the initial assessment you see is what you get at the end or even better. No games, no gimmicks. Very clean and clear closing and on the whole, stress free experience. My son may be buying his first home in near future and I will make sure he reaches out Katz first.

  Stephen I Awesome!!!! I have used him for every mortgage I have ever gotten. He has done home loans, refinances, and home equity lines for myself, my family,tons of my friends, and clients. He has a attitude that I always appreciate in that he never tells you something that he can't deliver. I have found that if he says something won't fly, you can go to 10 other lenders and, while they may say it will work, you find out later that Stephen was right! Jessica with his office is very nice and easy to work with as well. Getting a mortgage is always a little stressful, but I find that this team keeps me informed and ready for everything. I will say that through the years I have shopped his rates, and I have always felt that I was getting the very best deal out there. In short...you can't go wrong with the Katz team, and your pocketbook will thank you. Can you tell I really do like him? I do! It's great to find an honest, reasonable mortgage person who tells it like it is.
