  Their staff was very professional. I reached out to them a number of times with questions (I really didn't understand a lot about home financing before going through this refi with them). Every time, they responded promptly, professionally, and politely. And they made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. They got me a better deal than I expected, and really helped me get my mortgage under control. I would absolutely recommend them, and will use them again if I ever refinance in the future.

  Easiest refinance I've ever been involved in. Danny always answered calls, texts, and emails he is very professional and could not have been easier to work with from the time I originally spoke with him til closing was 2 weeks effortless and as stress free as anyone could want.   Best Mortgage Team Out There! I almost never post reviews, but had to after the service quality, transparency, and ease of working with Rocky and the Equihome team for the second time. I've heard countless horror stories over the years of friends' and family's experience with mortgage brokers and lenders. Our first experience with Equihome was so good, we were actually a little suspicious and felt like we got away with something! Everything was transparent and well communicated, the underwriting process went smoothly, not to mention we got a great deal. We recently decided to take advantage of the low-rate environment by refinancing our home loan and it was an absolute no-brainer when selecting a mortgage broker - Rocky and the team took care of everything and it was even better the second time around. Will definitely continue working with Rocky and Equihome on any mortgage needs going forward.

  Adrian and his team closed 3 loans for me in the span of 60 days...yeah...pretty crazy. They weren't easy loans either, two were investment properties that included a 1031 exchange. You will not be disappointed if you choose to work with these guys. They know how to get loans done!

  After checking with other companies for refi and the offers that they had turned out to different from what they told me on the phone. When I talked to Danny Gutierrez about what I wanted to do he quickly ran the numbers and told me what he could do. When Danny sent me everything in writing it was as we discussed with no surprise's.
