  Don’t ever buy a house after Epps investment renovated/flipped it . They are con artists who will put a bandaid on a house and a new paint job and leave your hvac and electrical systems in disarray.

  Mr. Epps, Jr., 'Stan' was referred to me by my daughter and son-in-law, who had gotten help from him with starting up their own small business and for getting the right insurance for their family. Due to their high opinion of him and knowing how much he had helped them, I decided to give him a call to help me with my insurance needs. Boy, am I glad that I did! He is a very smart guy, knows everything about his business, and a joy to work with! He made me feel like he CARED that my future was solid and that I was happy with my choices.   I had just taken over the family business and had a lot on my plate already. Then realized I needed to make sure my family would be taken care of if the unthinkable happened.
