  This “Epic” Finance was far from it, lack of communication and unorganized. Unamused underwriters and a flustered funding department who were apparently never available and always confused. Overall this company isn't worth the hassle they obviously create for themselves and customers.

  UPDATE: IF YOU HAVE GOOD credit and want a new boat, these are the guys to go to. Give them time to work with you and explain your situation and they will do whatever it takes to make it happen! Thanks EPIC!

  Cannot say enough about Donnie Cole! Great guy to deal with. After being in the car business for 9 year this guy is a breath of fresh air...like dealing with family. Not many companies out there nowdays that give you prompt and personal service. Want to be treated like a number? Keep looking, you won't that here. He's worked very hard to meet my financial needs and smoked the competition in all aspects (Rate, down payment, term, and service). I didn't think places like this existed in this day!

  Very nice and professional, quick to call me, but bot sure why i needed 9000 down on a boat with decent credit. Oh well

  Lack of communication and help through the process. Just a middle man getting commission. Poor decision on my part, should’ve done my research. One finger towards them, three back at me.

It does look like we were able to utilize one of our lending partners for your financing. As far as being a “middle man”, Epic Finance has lending partners that most dealerships do not have access, and for that provided service we do have a fee.
