  I was very pleased with Mike and his team. They were our second lenders as we had some hiccups. Due to this we needed a second appraisal, they waived the fee! I thought it was a trick or something but they really did. Also, can’t forget Jenn, she went above and beyond. She made all the paper work go by super smooth. She was up real late, i would get those emails real early in the AM and late at night. I knew she was eager to get things done for us. I would recommend mike and his team to my friends and family.

  Such a please working with Michael, he made the experience very easy. He explained everything with such ease. I was a first time homebuyer and very naive to all the steps that come with buying a house so it was nice to have someone take the time to explain everything to me.   Michael Saggese and his team are just perfect. I am a very busy realtor with a very hectic schedule...( i probably annoy them many times hahaha...). Nobody ever makes me feel uncomfortable or like *I bother them * which i experienced previously with different lenders. I can reach them always when I need them if not Michael is calling me back. We have great communications and understanding of all types of different situations... We closed so many deals together. Michael will solve any problems.
