  We used Envoy Mortgage for the first time as we have not bought a home since 2007. The process was similar but much more data driven now. Brett was amazing as he lead us through the process. The updates from Envoy as we progressed through the buying and selling process was very clear and gave us tips on how to proceed quickly and efficiently through the process. Brett was especially helpful in gathering all the necessary docs and signatures on time to move both loans to close on time. We will definitely be doing business again!

  We recently refinanced our mortgage through Envoy and had the pleasure of working with Neil Henry. Neil was amazing throughout the entire process - always available to answer any questions we had, kept us up to date on where we were in the process and was all around extremely communicative.   They got the job done in the end, but we were sending supporting documents up until the day before closing. Never felt secure that financing was completed until the title company called to reschedule the closing. The only reason I stayed loyal through the pain was the advice received to increase our credit score significantly over the 9 months it to to build the house.
