  Cathy was great to work with in the whole process. She was very responsive and got everything done that needed to be in a very timely and professional manner. She is dedicated at what she does. She is also very knowledgeable and honest, and will always have an answer to your question. I would recommend Envoy and Cathy to anyone looking to purchase a home that is in need of a loan to do so. I originally was going to use a company like Rocket Mortgage, but the customer support was almost nonexistent.

  This is the second time we have worked with Cesar and Envoy Mortgage to close on a property. Once again the service he provides is exemplary. He is always willing to fully explain every step of the process. Cesar goes above and beyond what you can expect from a lender. When I bombarded him with questions just about every day, even about things not pertaining to the loan, he always took his time in speaking with me. I never felt rushed.
