  As a first time home buyer the whole mortgage process seemed very daunting. Thankfully our real estate agent recommended Ed Pawlik. He made the whole process so smooth and was available all hours including late nights and weekends. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly and always offered solutions to any issues we had. He really is an amazing loan officer and works hard for his clients. Definitely a 10/10

  Professional, knowledgeable, curtious, caring & all around good person. Our new house build was 8 months delayed. Paul was dealing with our account for over a year. He was always on top of everything. He never put us on tha back burner and always was very clear on every step we took. If we didn't understand it he would stop and go over it as many times as needed. His support staff was incredible also- responded to emails and calls immediately. He locked us in at an incredible rate. He is the man to see about mortgages.

  I was recommended Northpoint through my realtor for my first home buying process. I’ve heard all of the stories about the horrors of what can go wrong with buying a house, but I came across none of it. In fact, everyone at Northpoint was so amazing and so nice to work with that that really made the difference. Bill was absolutely fantastic and such a great sense of humor. He worked with me to get the best rate I could find. I found myself calling him all the time because everything was going too smoothly and he always went out of his way to assure me that we were heading in the right direction. Now we are living in our beautiful home and I definitely can’t thank them enough for such smooth transition!
