  Please watch your tone and attitude when talking to people over the phone. I understand that you get to answer same questions over and over again, and but I am asking for the first time. I am the one doing business with you. Not vice versa. You don’t do me any favors by keeping me my own money in your bank. Thank you.

  You have banking so difficult that I am very close to switching to another bank. The first atm is so low that to make a deposit you have to get out of your car, get down on your knees to make a deposit. I am 85 years old and don’t appreciate this at all. Reconsider your decision to make it easier for you than to serve me properly.. I won’t be recommending any new customers to you.

  I always have a great experience..The customer service is everything they try their best to fulfill every need of all customers. Best bank I've had in 10 years💪😀

  The service is pleasant and the environment is very conducive. I move away from Thomasville however I still use the banking services.
