      Used to be good. All about the customers. Now they won't even refund ONE "courtesy" card fee. That $30 a pop. They're actually WORSE than the mega banks now. Will be going elsewhere. Ent has become VERY greedy.

      I have always been impressed with ENT but today blew me away. I don't know if they check these reviews but I sure hope so, because I want this employee's managers to know how amazing he was. Today I had a serious issue involving my card and came here to have the problem resolved. The young man that helped me, I believe his name was Cameron, was absolutely incredible. He answered every question, resolved every issue with my banking including ones unrelated to the problem I went in for. He even provided me with paperwork about the incident and tips for what to do if a future incident occured. He didn't stop until all my needs were met and was polite and helpful the entire time. So glad I chose ENT!

      I always highly recommend Ent. I've been with them since I was 9 and for good reasons. If you're a student at UCCS I recommend it even more because you'll get interest on your checking account.
