  We had fraudulent charges on our account a while back. They were taken care of right away. They have always been very helpful with whatever the issue was. We love the people there and we’re thankful we chose EnrichmentFCU when we moved to this area a few years ago.

  We have had nothing but problems with this bank. We can NEVER reach anyone at our local branch and end up talking to folks in Oak Ridge or Knoxville. Most recently they deposited a $100 check as a $10 check. I called them immediately after it was done and told them of the error. They told me to ask the person that wrote the check to "just write another one" I told them this was NOT an option and they needed to correct the issue. I was told it would be corrected but it wasn't. Instead Janet (a branch manager at one of the locations, no idea where I was even talking to) calls the folks on the check and asked them to rewrite the check!!! I AM LIVID!!!! This is NOT the type of bank I want to handle the accounts I am a part of!! So unprofessional. She didn't even have the professionalism to call me herself to tell me she had done this, she had Kelly (another manager within that branch) to call me this morning! I WILL be looking into changing banks and I will remove all our accounts from this institution!!!

  This is the best bank! Highly recommend. They always make things right & even helped us get our auto loan refinanced for cheaper payments & lower interest!

  They're usually nice and have better interest than other banks. They also stay open later which is helpful.

  Very nice people, good bank, hours are s*** I get off work at 5:00 and can't go put money in or out without using the drive-thru and half the time I don't make it on time for that even

  Thoren, thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. But there is good news! We have a variety of ways you can bank with us 24 hours, 7 days a week. We offer Remote Deposit Capture, which enables you to deposit a check by simply taking a picture of it. Enrichment also offers: mobile banking through our own app on your smart phone or tablet; online banking on our (new!) website; Datafone which enables you to do many functions with a simple phone call; and our Alexa Voice Teller for the Amazon Echo, which lets you check account balances, transfer money, and make payments. Starting in July, we will have 24/7 customer service by phone! You can also use our ATMs if you need to withdraw cash. We hope these solutions will help with meeting your banking needs. We will be more than happy that walk you through setting up and using any of these services.   Loan requirements were outrageous. Loan officer didn’t really care whether or not I got the loan. Never use them again
