I’ve banked there for over 20 years, recently I over-drafted & they waved their $30 fees - which at the time I needed it —. So thankful for some of their tellers who got me back in church- praise JESUS

I think it is a great local bank. I live out of state and visit here occasionally so it is handy to have a local bank where you spend vacation time and the staff are always friendly and helpful!

The tellers here have attitude. The bank has too much of a "you're only welcome here as long as you have grown up here" vibe, as does most small businesses in grainger county. Also, what bank closes at 4:30? That's ridiculous. If anyone actually needs to go to the bank after work, you have to wait for it to be Friday???
