  I have banked here for 10 years… went to the same bank every single Friday. Not sure why I still have to give you my social to the teller every time… even when I give them my acct. number they won’t take it. Online banking SUCKS! Sight crashed all the time. Can’t reset your password from your phone, and everything they reset it they charge you a $4 service fee. Takes 3 days for transactions to show in your account.

  This bank is alright but over the past year since we had to switch from citizens they double charge us for things alot and it makes us negative and apparently it happens to alot of people. I'd personally stay away from this bank because just recently they took $100 out of my account on Friday and I couldn't call them to fix it so I had to wait all weekend with no money til Monday, I called and apparently alot of people are having the same issue.

  If I could give them a 0, I would. In my opinion, they really don't care about their customers that don't have a lot of money.

  Stay away from this bank. They'll make changes to your accounts and loans without your knowledge, which can lead to bad reports on your credit . This happened to me and the EVP of the bank said the bank has a contract with credit bureaus to keep information on your report even if the info isn't true. This is done to cause customers to have a lower score resulting in a high interest rate, which in turn makes the bank more money at customers expense. Ask yourself if that's the type people you want handling your money.

  I have been a Commercial Bank customer for 50 years and have rarely been disappointed in finding smiling faces and excellent service at every branch. I would like to think we could do business for another 50 years!

  ATMs robbing people ..giving error messages and no money but charging the accounts.
