  We closed on our first home April 22nd with the help and expertise of Fallon. She worked hard and diligently for our family. We had many questions about the process, emails, definitions.   The ladies had a very short window to try and get my family and I approved and were able to do it in a timely manner. They asked for information as it was needed and kept us informed all the way even reassuring us to try to relax during the process as most know purchasing a home is stressful. My family and I are very thankful and if a situation warranted us to utilize again we would definitely do it.

  This has been the worst experience. This was my first time buying a house a lot of things was last minute when it came to closing time. For example my closing day started at 8/26 then from 9/2 then to 9/8. My appointment for my closing on the 9/8 was at 12:00. We currently sit outside waiting almost hour 1/2 for them to finalize my DC which should of been handle on yesterday or whenever they cleared to close. I am very upset about how thing was handled in this matter. When I first got pre-approved i was at a current pay then I had gotten to 2 promotion I reach out to my realtor to let her know so we could contact the lender about the promotion I have gotten. Take her almost a month to get back at us about a new pre-approval. Very bad experience!!!! To the response at the bottom. Yes they was saying funds short to close but I received a check at the in for over paying the whole time I had the right amount.

  Your review should be towards the Lender that closed your loan and the processor you were assigned as neither one works for this company. We don't control these parts of the loan. I do know that closing dates will be pushed if funds to close are short and documents are not received on time. It appears that you had an issue before finding a home but still proceeded so there had to be something that set the process above all the other mortgage brokers. We are known for closing a lot of loans, especially ones other companies don't want to take the time to do. All in all your loan did close and you got to move into your home.
