  Working with Elias Borjas and Alejandra Fermin and their Team for over a 1 year has been a great experience. They were more like a professional friend you ask for advice. Elias and Alejandra and his team were helpful, patient and caring. Elias is great with communication, he always responded to our calls and messages efficiently. My parents and I are thankful that we got an opportunity to work with Elias and his incredible team. I would highly recommend 'Empire Fine Homes' to anyone to work with.

  Thank you so much Empire Fine Homes ! Alejandra and her team couldn't have been more professional and kind with my parents. She helped them not only sell their home but find them a new place to live. She was by my parents side the whole process and even told them not to rush or jump when they hear someone mention their asking price. She helped get them even more than the asking price ! Even after closing I really appreciated her sticking around to help my parents out with some paperwork mixup with their new home. She helped them resolve the paperwork issue with no problem, and never once turned her back or seemed bothered to help my parents. Highly recommend Empire Fine Home if you are looking for any kind of real estate help!

  Back in 2012 I wanted to sell my house and Alejandra and Elias came highly recommended. They have been amazing since the moment we met them. Their initial presentation was so thorough and professional. They have maintained that standard to this day. They not only sold my home (quickly) but they also went above and beyond to help me resolve legal issues due to violations I had on the house. They helped us buy our next home which we sold after a few years with their help, again! They sold our next home faster than the last and got us more than asking price! They are more than just agents at this point, we consider them family. They pay great attention to the desires and specific needs of every client. We are now in a new home in a wonderful neighborhood all thanks to Elias and Alejandra understanding exactly what our family needed. They found the perfect home for us! They truly care about their clients more than their commission. If we ever have to sell again they will always be our go-to agents!

  I would need many more than 1,000 characters to explain how awesome Empire Fine Homes is. Alejandra And Elias is what I call the Dream Team. They were Always accessible and willing to make a variety of suggestions to help us make the right decision throughout the entire home purchase process. Great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. They have the greatest attribute, "they listens" .

  A big shout out to Alejandra and her teams at Empire Fine Home! Outstanding and friendly services. My partner and I were thinking to purchase a second home back in March of 2020. We reached out to Alejandra through a mutual friend, little did we know, we end up purchased the house of our dream all because of Ale. We started with a text to Ale, she responded right away. We met the next day to check some houses. Alejandra and her husband were every step of the way during the house hunter process. BTW, we are buying in Upstae, New York. She drove all the way up here to meet with us! Making sure all our questions are answered. Whether its septic related to the house or an attorney question, she had it answered for us. We felt super comfortable. Also, ask her about mortgage lender! She can get that done too. We finalize our purchased in October. She follow up with phone calls making sure everything is alright. She is not just a great realtor, we are proud to called her a friend now.

  Alejandra is Great professional that knows what she is doing , the way she contacted us and Guided us from the start to end is very appreciable and very professional , she helped us make our home market ready before listing it and always gave our priorities as her importance as she promised. We got multiple offers within one week after the listing and helped us pick the best offer. Her commutation method is also very honest and good , what ever our question was she replied very promptly. We recommended jer already to our friends .

  Empire Fine homes’s entire team is nothing short of professional; more specifically I have had the pleasure of working with Elias Borjas and Alejandra Fermin. I have worked with Elias and Alejandra in the past to purchase my first home and that’s when I noticed they are the best in the business. I used their expertise recently to sell my first home quickly and purchase my new home at the same time. Needless to say it was a nerve-racking experience but Empire fine homes and their staff was always available to answer any questions I had and walk me through the process.   Elias and Alejandra are the best! I have found them to be the type of people whom you can provide a description of the desired outcome, and then they can create the means or system by which to achieve that outcome. Both have a keen sense of efficiency, which allows them to get things accomplished expediently. On the interpersonal side, Elias and Alejandra are easy to get along with and made an effort to get to really get to know me. I will definitely refer anyone who's trying to buy or sell a property.
