  Personally I love td bank. But I wish they made changes 1. I would love it to have a virtual assistant like other banks do 2. I have savings account only but hate how I can't send / recieve money using zelle like other banks unless I have a checking account with them 3. I wish their app could improve. Easy secure message. 4. Be able to lock and unlock the cards it lost 5. Secure credit cards are way to high capital one only $49 and td $500 to open a secure credit card

  i always go there late night to take out cash from the atm because its closer to my job.. its nice,clean and uiet over there. fast and efficient service.

  This is a very bad bank. They say the drive through opens at 8 it doesn’t open till 9:30 a whole hour and a half difference. This shows they are super unorganized and don’t care about their business.

  Place has 3 people in the counter and 3 people in their desk.. (with no one to see..) The people in the counters are helping each other instead of the managers helping them. Sucks that this is the only TD bank close to my house.

  Ashley Acosta is by far the best customer support specialist this branch has to offer! Hope TD Bank appreciates her as much as I do. Oh, and the worst rep is Maria.

  Took me 30 minutes to deposit a check. The ATM didn't work and they are seriously understaffed. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're looking for convenience

  This is my favorite branch. The staffs are busy but courteous, they always try their best to serve you. Anjie, Angel, Leslie, Christian and all the other staffs, I don't know anyone there who has not been kind and helpful. I enjoy goiing there. .

  I put five star because when you with someone they are very helpful but always there is a long waiting. They need to focus on that.

  This is the worst branch ever i have been to.We waited for 4 hours to just get my card replaced and the staff are not cooperative at all and they feel offensive when we ask any questions.They do not care about the customers time at all.
