  Absolutely terrible !! If I can rate it 0 stars I would !! BIGGEST SCAMMERS to come across !! Never answers the phone & I sat there for an hour nobody asked me anything. Not 1 worker had a mask but was coughing everywhere ! All these “good” reviews are their workers making them !!! Don’t be scammed !! You will regret it !

  I am a very patient person and this place has had me beyond frustrated. First they gave me an approval and monthly amount for an suv and after I started my insurance policy in it for them to register it they switched up and change the amount to over $100 more than originally discussed. I chose a different car and got approved for that, accepted the monthly amount and signed all the paperwork. Added the car to my policy and still waited 2 weeks to be able to get my car. When I came to pick it up the radio didn’t work anymore, the tire pressure light was on and they tried to send me on my way with the gas tank on E. I asked them to put gas, put air in the tires and had them switch the fuse for the radio to work again. After all that I went home and noticed my windshield had a crack on it and the tire pressure light still won’t turn off. I called and politely told them about it. They were nice about it and told me to come in the following day (today) to have those things fixed. I have been here two hours and the guy that fixes the windshield still isn’t here and they don’t know when he’s going to show up. They don’t care that I have had my 7 month old here and tired for the past hours, that I have kids to pick up from school soon and I came from out of state. They all put smiles on and are nice when speaking to you but very inconsiderate and take forever for everything when this should have all been taken care of in the two weeks it took them to give me the damn car !!

  I have bought 2 vehicle from them 2 years ago and have made my second purchase today and I would come to them over and over again great service they really care Diana was my salesperson the very best Paulie makes it happen I highly recommend

  If I could give it ZERO stars I definitely would. This dealership is janky. They will take your money fast but give you a complete run around on why your car is not ready. If you’re looking at the reviews and think that it’s a great place .. Those reviews have been created by the employees that work there. Missing your tires ? Did someone steal your car ? Got some extra parts missing from your car ? These are the dealerships that are doing it ! The small janky ones that aren’t even credited by the BBB. Btw.. Stephen told me to cash app him money ... who in their right mind would do that ?! Most of them that work there don’t even have a license !

  Very bad dealership . I bought a car from them. The moment I drove off the lot the car was giving me troubles. I called and came back they said it was one problem it took about a week to fix the one problem. I got the car back a day later the car starts running funny and keeps stopping in the middle of the road I went back and forth to them for a whole week trying to figure out the problem until I went and got it checked on my own. They claim they were fixing it I told them I rather just end the deal and get my money back within the first week. They won’t refund or help me with my problems.

  Very unprofessional establishment . Left money down on a car that i was suppose to get . Came back TWO WEEKS later with the entire down payment and car nor paper work was ready. Manager was very disrespectful to me and spouse while trying to find out WHERE THE PAPER WPRK WAS that was promised to us 2 hours ahead. Manager was very arrogant and turned his back while talking to him in a calm manner . I’ve never been to ANY dealership where money was put down and NO paper work was distributed. This experience was by FAR the worst I’ve ever encountered

  Nice! Found my second car at a really good price. Fast and great service.Update: I found a car left a deposit and they sold the vehicle and then tried to sell me another vehicle that was an older model. The salesman said he called me numerous times and never left a message because he dosen't leave messages. This wasn't even 20 days after i left ther deposit. Unethical place to do business.
