  I have been working with Liz for 10 years now and have seen her and her business grow into what it is today. Year after year I am pleased by how seamless she makes this grueling process. Her subject matter expert advice has always worked to support things are working in my financial favor. Her services are so much more than “tax prep”. Liz and her team are always available to answer questions and her newsletter is super informative. I recommend her to everyone I know. Especially when I hear them telling their filling horror stories! We all need EMJ in our corner.

  Been enjoying the services of EMJ for at least 8 years. Come prepared with your material(s) so Liz and her team can maximize the time for both parties. Will happily pay the fee because the experience is bar none. Pros: - customer service has been amazing (nice mixture of the reality of your financial situation combined with actionable steps on how to remedy when needed). - newsletter with monthly updates to tax code and other relevant issues ( - the presentation of prepared documents in a friendly, clear, organized manner for easy archival/retrieval Cons: - we haven't found a way to clone her and the teams' awesome service! Thank you for all you do. Pleasure doing business all these years!

  I have been working with Liz for the past 6 years. Before working with her, I would have ridiculous anxiety every tax season. She has transformed my books and my business through her exceptional consultation and business/accounting expertise. I am now calm going into every tax season, knowing what to expect and that my books are accurate and taxes ready to file. I don’t know what I would do without Liz. Can’t recommend her enough!

  I have enjoyed good tax preparation in the past, but I have never experienced the calm, professional, and personal care that is EMJ’s trademark. Liz sends out a fantastic newsletter sharing her depth of knowledge, and deep commitment to preparing clients for all the new tax laws as they happen. Everything is explained in context for her clients’ benefit. As a result, I have never been more confident that everything is being done to keep my finances in proper order. Any time there’s troubling news that relates to tax law in any way, there’s a fresh newsletter to keep us informed without fear. I am deeply grateful for EMJ.

  I have been going to Liz for about 3 years now and she's amazing. She explains everything in layman's terms and she always asks if you have questions. She's very caring and you never real rushed. Whenever you're with her you know you have her undivided attention. She's great with taxes because she tells me everything I need to bring which I love because it's always scramble to have everything ready. She also helps you get your max amount of refund and her services are reasonably priced! I love that she's doing virtual appt. for 2021 and you can either mail or drop off your documents. Sad I won't get to see her this year but glad she's my tax lady. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

  EMJ is a entity that is down to earth and extremely professional. I understand some things pretty easily but tax law can be a daunting subject to grasp. Working with Liz, I have gotten a better understanding of tax laws, credits and allowances. I started working with Liz back in 2017 when the IRS notified me I owed them money from 2014. If you are not scared of the IRS, you are brave but should be. Having Liz on my side, enables me to sleep better at night plus I can text her for free advice or tax law explanations :) . I also recently started a business that Liz help me incorporate while giving me advice on how to capitalize on tax breaks and write offs. I highly suggest hiring Liz or at the very least talking to her for 15 minutes about her services.

  EMJ by far is the most seamless tax service that I have ever used. They are professional, responsive, and thorough. I appreciate the consultations that cater to my individual needs. I feel confident in the service, and at ease about making sure everything is captured. I love that I can do all of this virtually, too! The periodic emails with tips, advice, and explanations of all things finance (esp. during COVID-19) are informative and digestible. I would recommend to anyone!
