  This is my wife's 100% true and honest review of her experience working with Pedro Pereira. She also put a review on Google and it was taken down. I hate how she was treated by this guy and it's only right to warn others of her experience so you don't have to go through the same. A couple years ago my wife (then gf) moved to the desert and tried to secure a loan to buy a home. I was with her every step of the way in her journey to try and own in the desert. She had a great contract job with the government, great credit, some debt but not a deal breaker. She told me she was meeting with this guy from emerge at Starbucks because the real estate agent for a house she was looking at said it was best to secure a loan with a local financial agency. She met with Pedro Pereira at a Starbucks where she told him repeatedly that she was a contractor. he said she was a good candidate to get a loan so he took all of her most confidential info there. So she waited and waited and didn't hear back from this guy. We thought he had scammed her. When she finally heard back he used some excuse about her being a contractor, yadda yadda and that contractors can't get loans. That if she had a perm job it'd be no problem. I was with her when she was on the phone with him, and when she tried to get more info, he all of a sudden "had to catch a plane" and said he'd call back to discuss. He never called back. Where my wife moved from, a huge portion of the population are contract workers and a lot own homes. He lied to her and made her think she was an undesirable candidate for a loan and that doesn't sit right with me. She called big time banks and had an opposite experience than she had with this clown. I don't like the way this guy operates and want others to beware. I'm also going to put this on google---we'll see if it mysteriously disappears... censorship at its finest!

  John, I am sorry you felt the need to leave this review, but Pedro Pereira has not been an employee of this company for several years, and I cannot find any record of a John Hummel ever being a client in the history of this company. I have never asked for a review to be removed from my google account (until now), so this is certainly not a censorship issue. If you have a legitimate complaint, I would be more that happy to look into that complaint and do whatever I can to resolve errors we may have made. But, I will need to know who the client was - I cannot investigate complaints made by 3rd parties. You can contact me directly at 909-992-8173 to resolve any issues.
