  Highly recommend & do my best to always use ECTS. The whole team is professional and always quick to answer questions. I tend to frequent the Destin office where Julie makes closing a seamless process; however the 30a office is also a delight so you can't go wrong with either location. 👏And don't even get me started on the cookies. 😋

  I’ve had the privilege to work with Mr. Dion Moniz and his team at ECTS on a couple personal of real estate items over the years and can testify to their knowledge, professionalism, and communication. They clearly walked me through each step of the process (and all the paper work!) and thoroughly explained my options. To me, real estate transactions are stressful, so I am thankful Dion’s team was really fun to work with! I couldn’t recommend the team at Emerald Coast Title Services highly enough!
