  I have numerous mortgage history with HomeFi. Brian and his team are among the best in the business. Careful handling of files yields better results compared to other lenders. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and excellent follow up. You'll be hard pressed to find better.

  HomeFi/James Lopez/Brandon Crye were extremely patient as we started at the end of last year of "toying" the idea of purchasing a home but not exactly knowing when. Being a first time home buyer, James had no issues answering or getting back to me the million and a half questions I had, even 6 months prior to when we would be ready to purchase fully. When the time came, the process was extremely smooth and easy to track with their software and knowing the exact status of the loan. Would absolutely recommend and plan to use again in the future!

  Prior to committing to work with HomeFi I did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions. I eventually decided to go their direction. We were working two transactions simultaneously and let me tell you.. it was quite the process! But James helped me through it. He was very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and kind. We went through several hurdles (as you do in many real estate transactions) but he stuck with it and pushed through. He gave me a lot of helpful tips and advice to get to closing quicker and although it took some time to get to the closing table... we got there! Their team is quick to get back to you and ready to help! They definitely went over and beyond. If you're looking for the right lender to work with.... you found them!

  What a wonderful experience!! Imagine this, a VA Loan for 7-digits! Can you believe that?!! My own banks of 30 plus years, were not at all accommodating as lenders. While we have assets, we don't hold a lot of cash. Our own banks basically say that if you possess 'x' dollars in your accounts, we will loan you those same 'x' dollars. So, Bank of America and Trustmark, we lost complete confidence in you both. We will even consult with Mr. Lopez at HomeFi for our own private banking. We were super-impressed. It is important to understand that HomeFi is a mortgage 'broker'. While they must with the same laws and guidelines as all other lenders, they are not restricted in shopping for a great interest rate and can shop qualified loan packages to all qualified underwriters. I just want to know when HomeFi will go public in the stock market. They will be a sensation!

  We had a fantastic experience with HomeFi, and the Title company and Realtor complimented how easy it was to work with our lender. No one could match their rates, and we appreciated all the quick responses via phone and email and how simple it was to do everything in their online portal. They had a local office which really put all the other realty professionals at ease as well. We will definitely look for HomeFi again if we need another mortgage product!

  As a first time homebuyer, HomeFi simplified the process for a smooth and quick transaction and I met my goal to close within a month. Everyone from the company is very personable and available via email, text, and phone all of the time.
