  Tom made the entire process very easy. We called him on a Friday afternoon and he had everything turned around in a moments time. I have heard horror stories about the loan process but Tom and the Embrace team made everything simple for us. He was also very responsive to all our questions through all forms of communication (Text/email/phone). We're first time home buyers and Tom made everything a breeze. It was a great experience from start to finish.

  Tom White was amazing from the very beginning. He gave me advice on how to correct my finances to be able to afford a house. Once I was pre-approved, he was AWESOME with the process. He is extremely professional and the thing I appreciate the most was the way that I was treated with respect and patience. Please use him! You will not regret it. A "shout out" to Maria, the loan processor. She is so organized and "on it". Everything couldn't have gone smoother. I am very happy that I went with "Embrace Home Loans". Thank You!

It's been an A+ experience. When I was considering refinancing this year, it was an easy choice, i reached out to Tom and he advised me that it would be a smart choice. I trusted his advice, because he has worked hard to earn my trust, especially at a time when it's challenging to find honesty in any business setting. The process from beginning to end was smooth, and the communication was excellent.   As a REALTOR, I was confident in Matt and his team at Embrace from the beginning. Matt gave us a few financing options and discussed the pros/cons of each which helped us make an informed, educated decision. In the end the Embrace team was ready to close a week early and made the process very easy.   I decided to inquire about their rates because a coworker told me she used them for her loan. So I applied online and was told there was an issue and someone would call me the next day. Nevermind the fact their application system does not allow for any other scenarios then what it is programmed for. Called the following night and was told no one was assigned to me and someone would call the next day. The next day I called and I was told their FL loan officer had left for the day. The day after that, I called and was told that I would get a call the next day. Finally when I called today, I reached someone who did not seem to care at all. He crunched some numbers. He tried to make small talk but his heart wasn't in it. The rates were nothing like the website stated. For all you non-experts, you can get whatever interest rate you want as long as you are willing to pay for it. The rate was not worth it for the additional points and when I mentioned this, the guy flat out hung up. Not that my interaction inspired much confidence to start with but is common courtesy much to ask for? I ultimately went with Chase.

  Everything went smooth until after closing I find out that the insurance premium they included in my mortgage wasn’t part of closing papers so no documents were signed at closing for the insurance company so they cancelled my premium not even two months in and I had no idea and it’s been nothing but a nightmare and costing me money now. Go somewhere else and save your trouble
