You do not need to be transferred to someone else like a vp. They are true professionals and know their stuff! We have done all banking and even a mortgage through them and now they offer credit card!

Valarie Berger5Very friendly people. Had an account that I closed because I opened a different one and forgot about an auto withdrawal. They called me to ask if I wanted that to come out of the new account instead of the closed one. Saving me fees from the bill that was being paid! Outstanding customer service!
