  Steve, Chris, and John worked as a team to help me select my Mazda and the right lease solution. The car is excellent, and the lease purchase plan that they came up with for me fits my needs very well...a big thanks to the team. Young also hosts the annual Lehigh Valley Miata Owners Club Pocono Run. We all appreciate their hospitality and the dealership itself is a fine facility to start the day from.

  Everyone at the dealership was kind and thoughtful. I never experienced any kind of pressure that you might associate with purchasing a new car. Very knowledgeable group of people. I have driven my new VW Tiguan for a few days and love it!!! Thank you Al, Joe & Andrew!!!

  My experience with Young VW Mazda was very enjoyable. My salesman was Scott Dunne. He was very pleasant and well versed on all aspects of the car I was interested in. I'm very excited with my new Mazda6 and love driving it.

  Bought a car at Ciocca VW and was told I could get my first free oil change at Youngs because it was closer. Made the appointment and confirmed it with the girl at Youngs that scheduled the appointment. Got there at my scheduled time to find out they wanted to charge me $69.99 for my "free" oil change...no thanks!

  This is my second time back and dealing with Drew, he’s a pretty swell dude. When I’m sick of this car I’d be happy to come back and deal with him (if he’s still here). My only real complaint is the Christmas music that I’ve been force fed. Ive been here for 3 hours and it’s been on nonstop. What about all the other religions? It makes me want to climb these stairs and take a nose dive off the landing just to put myself out of my misery. My heart goes out to all the employees that are forced to listen to this. I don’t know who put it on but I’m assuming her name is Peggy and she LOVES Christmas, she must be terminated.

  It was great and fast service. I was concerned about an issue and they could have easily done work that was "necessary" but they had me check my service record at my old dealership and saved me a LOT of money.

  The greeter was very nice. That was it. nobody came to talk to me after 10 minutes of waiting I left . I am so glad to know that this dealership is so busy that they don't have time to come talk to potential buyers.

  I had a very good experience with Cossie concerning a 17 year old car. Since I was the first to contact him concerning the car he honored that! The dealership was great as well-they want a smooth and pleasurable experience! That is why they hire people like Cossie!! We need more dealerships like Young!-people that have a care -with heart!! THANKS YOU ALL!!

  Great experience buying/leasing a car. Joe Braido was fabulous, and made everything easy and painless for me. I think it's very difficult for a woman walking into a dealership for help buying a car, but the people at Youngs do not pressure you and make you feel quite comfortable. I would rather use a local dealer in Allentown but it's worth the drive for the kind of service they give at Young's This is my second purchase with Young's and Joe Braido

  Pat definitely made this the easiest sales buying experience we’ve ever had. He actually listened to what we wanted and didn’t push us into a higher level car. Looking forward to our new Atlas and future dealings with Young VW! Can’t recommend Pat and Young VW enough!
