  I just went in to the currency waited about 10 mins to be attend with 1 Person in line. While 3 lazy women sat in the back talking doing nothing. While one worked, on my lunch break tried to cash my money order l, which I signed there. The teller said I didn’t when I said you can look at your camera or ask the women next to me. I just did then said it’s more then 5 days so I can’t. I said where does that say that anywhere in this place ! it was 7 days old. She had a black pony short and chubby the lady with the bob just standing there in the back didn’t even come to the window .. just nodding her head no .. I said ma’am you don’t want to cash it’s fine just give it to me and left. Lazy and useless workers . Elmwood park can do better ! You’s can do better with customer service . Terrible do not recommend go to Cumberland and Belmont currency much better treatment and service !

  Sorry to hear about your experience. Did you attempt to speak to, or call a manager??? Is it necessary to resort to name calling......chubby?? lazy?? useless?? .....and YES, there are signs in the lobby that are clearly posted that say: " No checks cashed more than 5 days old " & " All checks must be signed in front of teller " ? Keep in mind that patience and kindness go a long way in these trying times! Best wishes.

  I pay my bills and buy my city sticker there. The ladies are super nice. I lost my registration and I needed to renew my plate sticker. They told me I could purchase my sticker without it and bring in the info I needed. I walked out with my plate sticker a few min later. They made it a lot easier than I imagined. This is the cleanest and best smelling currency I've ever been to. Wont go anywhere else.

  This is the best currency exchange I have been to. The staff are very friendly, patient, and pleasant. Even when there are quite a few people waiting to be serviced, the line goes quickly.

  These people were incredibly not helpful AT ALL! Must cash checks within 5 days REALLY????? Plus they barely cash ANY checks if your not in THEIR system! They will not explain why or how to get into the system! Ladies are very rude and curt towards us when you question them! Steer clear go to Madison and Harlem currency exchange! WAYYYYY better and they cashed most all checks for me without any problems!

  I was at this currency today to renew my plate and city sticker. Fast service and the ladies helped me since I didn’t have my renewal form. Very clean store! Def will be back.

  Super friendly staff! Bilingual....English and Spanish. They helped me with an Out of State Title Transfer no one else know how to handle..... glad I stopped in!! Great customer service..... will def be back!!! :)

  I wouldn’t give this place a star at all. Manager is terribly rude, rolling her eyes when asked about a problem, she’s a liar and sucks at her job. Luckily there’s a glass window! Service is horrible there.
