  We love our advisor's personality, she is kind and friendly. She is very detailed and takes her time with us. She is caring, going above and beyond making us feel comfortable.   Absolute WORST experience with a tax advisor I have ever had. I made an appointment with the Cameo towers office in Elmwood Park, IL weeks in advance, and when I arrived for my appointment, the advisor never showed up. When I called the main number for Block Advisors, the customer service operator claimed my appointment was never on their schedule. If I could rate this service lower than 1 star I would, as it is more than they deserve. If I can't trust the tax preparer to keep an appointment, I won't trust them with my taxes. RUN -- don't walk, to another company.
