      Today my husband went to pay a bill and then he came home. Twenty minutes later a lady came to my house acusing him of stealing a phone this lady made a scandle in front of my kids and nieghbors. I really believe that this is unethical. After that the manager came apologizing, because they found out it wasn't him who did it. I find this really disturbing that we go there confident to pay our bills, and they use our private information to come and disturbe causing a scandle where I live. I do suggest your employees should have a protocol encase this happens again an ethical protocol. And if they do have one then, it should be applied because this shouldn't be the way to procede with situation like this.
