  I used AAA when I was locked out of my car and Jason W. from this company was sent out to unlock my car. He was very nice, timely, and professional. With the model of my car and the cold weather, there was a risk of my window breaking. Jason was excellent and my window did not break!

  I used Elite Auto Services of Carolina, LLC when I needed roadside assistance for a dead battery, and my technician Michael was so timely, kind, and helpful! He checked my battery, changed it, and insured everything else was okay all during a bad summer rain. I will definitely be calling Elite Auto Services of Carolina again!   Jacob came to assist me with a key lockout through my AAA membership. He was literally at my location in 5 minutes. This is the fastest service I have ever received, especially considering the time of day and the inclement weather conditions. I would highly recommend Elite Auto Services.

  My car died on the 5th floor of an older city parking garage on Chapel Hill Street in downtown Durham. The height limit warning for vehicles is only 6'7" which means no tow truck, even a small one, can get inside past the first floor. JayBO showed up with his wrecker, we talked for a bit, then called dispatch and got the help of his co-worker Jacob, and we all went up to look at the situation. Because it wasn't a battery issue, the car couldn't be jump started, nor towed from where it was parked. The two drivers decided the only thing to do was to push it down each floor with me steering. Because the car couldn't be turned on there was no power steering. That wasn't simple, but we did it! Jacob went back to other calls and JayBO hitched up my car and we rode to my mechanic. I can't say enough about how great these guys were. It was a tough situation, but the Elite team got the job done. I am very grateful. Give these guys a raise!

  Tianna went above & beyond when I had a flat tire 11/20/19 in Durham, NC. She inflated my tire, found & marked the suspected source of leak, replaced my tire with the spare, answered all my questions, and greeted my very curious 1 year old. She was a delight to work with.
