Nahomy Garcia1If you are not in the mood to treat people then don’t work in customer service. This bank is the nastiest I’ve ever been regarding customer service. Just know that you’re loosing a business customer because of the treatment at this location.

lisa west1I just spoke with a “Premier Banker” named, Jamie. She was chilly at best, & when I explained to her what I was trying to accomplish (after having been promised a call back that I never received FROM Jamie), she was non-caring and nonchalant. I told her that I had discovered my sister’s dead body 2 wks ago and was trying to navigate this situation. Her first words weren’t condolences nor anything like it. She said, “My first question is do you have power of attorney?” I know Wells has a reputation for being morally bankrupt, but the lack of humanity is still stunning. I hate to start over with another bank, as Wells already has all of my legal paperwork on file, but it may be worth it.

Damien Roe4As for the banking experience I had with them over the years has been very good service with them. And if any one is looking for a place to bank at wells fargo is a place I would recommend to people.

Samuel Robinson II1I had the worst bank experience ever. I am really thinking of not doing business with Wells Fargo for this one. This is an isolated, at this branch on Duke Street in Durham, NC only experience, but unbelievable that a teller would act very resistant to assisting me with my business account because my state issued ID does not match my local address. By the way I'm military and that absolves the ID issue.

Cindy Cayton1Hours listed on the website are not what was told to me yesterday! I was told the drive thru closes at 4:00 p.m. Wells Fargo keeps changing hours due to COVID-19, but not keeping the website current. Poor business!!

Timothy James1Third time going here to take out MY money and left feeling like a criminal. Getting asked 21 questions or having all tellers eyeing you while the head teller or whatever does a review is frustrating. Need to stick to my regular bank even when this one is more convenient on Saturdays when im out and about.
